Richard W. Miles, Board
President
Richard Miles is a PFA and First Vice President specializing in managing
wealth for ultra high net worth clients. Rick offers business owners,
executives, private foundations, and other corporate clients more than
12 years of investment management experience. He moved his practice to
Alexander Key Investments, a division of SunTrust Capital Markets, Inc.
from Legg Mason. Through an internal merger Rick is with SunTrust
Investment Services, Inc.
Rick's focus is advising on the development and implementation of
comprehensive wealth management strategies to help clients meet their
immediate and future goals. Supported by Financial Consultant Eddie
Burgos, he follows a disciplined process of assessing a client’s
financial situation, determining risk tolerance, forming and executing
an appropriate investment plan and regular portfolio rebalancing in
order to obtain measurable results. He also consults on risk protection,
estate, life, and retirement planning.
A graduate of the University of South Florida, Tampa, he has degree in
Finance and Economics. Rick was born in Hope, AR but grew up as a
Kentucky native in Louisville. He and his wife Angie have three
daughters, Emily, Stephanie and Heather. Rick serves as President on the
board of Share the Care. STC provides advice and services to family
caregivers in Central Florida. He and his wife Angie enjoy participating
in gala’s and golf events of local charities through his clients'
philanthropic interests. Rick enjoys spending time with his wife Angie
and daughter’s, studying Tae Kwon Do with daughter Emily, golf, dining,
and traveling. "The Miles Malmberg Group" was formed in 2007. Rick still
is a managing partner for the "Dover Miles Group" formed in 2001 serving
his clients with business partner Chip Dover.

Sue has been on the Board of Directors since 2006 and instituted
“Community Fundraising” by implementing the Annual Gala and Auction in
2007.
Stephen F. Valentine, Board Treasurer
Harold E. Morlan, II ("Hal"), Board Secretary
Hal Morlan has practiced Civil Trial Law in Orlando since 1976. Hal was
the Secretary of the Christian Service Center Board and a strong
supporter of the previous Alzheimer's Respite Care Program (ARCP) of the
Christian Service Center. Hal currently serves as an Orange County Bar
Association Guardian-Ad-Litem for abused and neglected children, and has
also served on numerous civic, non-profit, and professional boards. Hal
is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Florida
College of Law.
Heidi W. Isenhart, Board Director
Heidi Isenhart is a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney and shareholder
at the law firm Shuffield Lowman & Wilson P.A., practicing in the areas
of Elder Law, Medicaid and Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Probate
and Trust Administration. Heidi was awarded Best of the Bar by the
Orlando Business Journal in 2005 and has been nominated by her peers as
one of the Florida Legal Elite recognized by Florida Trend Magazine for
the past three years. Heidi is the past-president and current active
member of the Rotary Club of Orlando, a member of the Florida Bar’s
Elder Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust sections, the National
Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Florida State Guardianship
Association. She is a frequent lecturer in the community and has served
as an adjunct professor at Barry University School of Law.
Mercerdese R. Clark, Board Director
Mercerdese Clark is an Orlando native, obtained her BS in Nursing ED
from Hampton University in Virginia and her Master’s in Community Health
Administration from the University of Maryland. She holds the
distinction of being the first African American to serve as Nursing
Director of a County Health Department in the State of Florida (Orange).
During her professional career she has also served on the nursing staffs
at Orange Memorial Hospital and Winter Park Memorial Hospital. Active
with numerous community groups and the recipient of many awards, she is
a member of the Jones High School Hall of Fame. Before retiring she was
a Nursing Care Coordinator at Orlando VA Outpatient Clinic.
Judy S. Kahan, Board Director
A native of central Florida, Judy Kahan received her Bachelors in Public
Relations from the University of Florida and her Masters in Social Work
from Yeshiva University, Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Judy
previously served as the Executive Director of Kinneret Apartments, a
nonprofit housing organization for low income seniors in downtown
Orlando. Prior to retirement, Judy was the recipient of awards from the
Jewish Federation of Greater Orlando and the Association of Jewish Aging
Services. Judy also served on the Orlando Mayor's senior advisory
committee, the Florida Association of Homes and Services for the Aged
board and The Association of Jewish Aging Services board. While serving
in her capacity at Kinneret Apartments, Judy facilitated the creation of
the Jewish Senior Housing Council and the Jewish Pavilion, an outreach
agency to Jews in nursing homes.
